Support APC,More Dividends Coming….SRJ

Senator representing Osun Central Senatorial District at the National Assembly, Dr Ajibola Basiru, has urged beneficiaries of the 3 day capacity building training for Cooperators in Osun Central to reciprocate the training gesture by supporting the All Progressives Congress at all levels of party politics.

Senator Basiru gave the advice at the closing session of the training held at his Constituency Office, Osogbo.Basiru explained that APC is the only party that gives priority to the masses without consideration for any leaning. He said further that the programme which trained 100 participants was meant to pull people out of poverty and youths off streets.

Senator Ajibola Basiru made it known that vocations, businesses and Cooperatives are like Siamese twins as they go together to ensure economic and financial buoyancy.

Registrar of the Federal Cooperative College, Ibadan,Mr Sunday Stephen Oyeleye, who spoke through Mr Wasiu Koleosho affirmed that the program brought to Osun by Dr Ajibola Basiru is rare in the South West, describing the lawmaker as a rare breed in politics.

Speakers including Honourables Olatunde Badamasi of Osogbo State Constituency and Wasiu Adebayo formerly of Olorunda State Constituency urged the beneficiaries to put the training into productive use.

A cross section of the participants lauded Senator Ajibola Basiru for teaching them how to catch fish instead of giving them raw fish. They described him, amidst prayers and encomia, as an uncommon politician who is altruistic and large hearted.

Urging the participants to extend the training to others, the Senate Spokesperson assured that the programme would be in batches to wider benefits.

It would be recalled that 3 days earlier,Governor Adegboyega Oyetola in company with former Governor and pillar of APC in Nigeria, Chief Adebisi Akande, Otunba Titi Ponnle and party heavyweights in Osun had declared the training open

Urging the participants to extend the training to others,Senate Spokesperson assured that the training would be in batches to ensure wider benefits across his Senatorial District.
