Amitolu Visits The Boundaries, Promises Stiffer Measures
The newly appointed Director General of AMOTEKUN in the state of Osun, Comrade Amitolu Shittu has called on security officers on covid-19 special duty to be more diligent and ensure they assist the state efforts to prevent people likely to escalate covid -19 spread in the state through our borders.
Comrade Amitolu Shittu, made this call yesterday during his visit to Asejire, a boundary town between Osun State and Oyo State.
The DG AMOTEKUN who was accompanied by the newly appointed Director General BOSS Richard Tinubu were received by Hon Remi Abbas executive Chairman Irewole Local Government and his counterparts Hon Adeboye Opeyemi the chairman Irewole North East (LCDA) along side Hon Asifa Omotuntun and Hon Arimiyau Owoade; Irewole APC party Chairman.
Amitolu promised to ensure the improvement in securing our boundaries and any short cut the drivers used to enter the state of osun despite the lock down order by Mr. Governor and he said anyone caught shall be made to face the full weight of the law.
