The African Democratic Congress (ADC) held its New Year Get-Together on 9th January 2026 at the party secretariat as a symbolic and strategic gathering to usher the members and executives into the new political year in unity, joy, and renewed commitment.
The event commenced with an opening address by the Chairperson, Amb. Hanatu Gagara, who warmly welcomed all members and guests. She expressed her delight at beginning the year with a shared feast, describing it as a sign of togetherness and progress. In her remarks, she passionately encouraged members to โspread the good news of ADCโ by reaching out to others, educating them on the partyโs vision, and motivating prospective members to come forward and register.
A major highlight of the gathering was the introduction session, where members introduced themselves, shared their favorite colors and hobbies. This helped to foster familiarity, openness, and stronger interpersonal bonds among attendees.
