Okun Obiremi congratulates newly swore in commissioners,task them to bring life to governor Ademola Adeleke’s developmental agenda.

A former member of the Osun state house of Assembly and Egbedore local government chairmanship Aspirant, Honourable Okun Obiremi has congratulated Mr Sola Ogungbile, Honourable George Alabi and other recently sworn-in Osun state Commissioners, who have assumed their respective roles in the service of the people.

In a press statement released on Wednesday, Obiremi said the appointment of the cabinet members is a testament to the trust placed in them by His Excellency, Governor Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke, and a recognition of their commitment to public service and dedication to the progress of our beloved state.

The statement reads; “as you embark on this noble journey as Commissioners, I urge you to embrace your responsibilities with utmost diligence, transparency, and accountability. The citizens of Osun State have entrusted you with the vital task of steering the affairs of various ministries towards the realization of Governor Adeleke’s agenda for a better and prosperous Osun.

“Governor Adeleke has laid out a visionary agenda that encompasses diverse sectors, aiming to improve the lives of our citizens and foster sustainable development in the state. It is now your collective duty, as Commissioners, to bring life to this agenda, and ensure that every policy and initiative is implemented effectively and efficiently.

“I encourage you to prioritize the needs of the people above all else. Engage in active dialogue with various stakeholders, including communities, civil society organizations, and private sector entities, to gain a comprehensive understanding of their concerns and aspirations”.

The Ara-born politician urged the commissioners to always uphold the principles of integrity and ethical conduct, stressing that their actions and decisions must be guided by the best interests of the people and aligned with the core values of good governance.
