No Crisis, Division In Osun APC, Osun APC, but little  misunderstanding, chairman Insist.

The chairman of the Osun State Chapter of the All Progressive Congress, Prince Adegboyega Famodun has said that there is no division or crisis within the party.

In an interview with Bola Bamigbola of the The Punch, Famodun insisted that the party is as strong as it used to be. He also said the little misunderstanding within the party will not affect the party preparation for the forthcoming local government election.

Famodun also explained that the All Progressive Congress will take decision on which system of government to run at the local government at the appropriate time, that the interest of the people will be considered in whatever decision to take. “The people’s opinions and interests will be fully considered and the popularity of their opinion will carry the day”.

When asked about the disagreement between the former Governor Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola and the incumbent governor Ogbeni Adegboyega Oyetola, the party chairman insisted that there is no issue between the two leaders and that they are one.

He said that even twin brothers from the same mother’s will have different ways of reacting to issues but the fact that they react to issues differently does not mean they are not from the same mother .

On the incident recently reported in Modakeke where an aide of the former Governor allegedly led suspected thugs to disrupt an event organized by the supporters of the incumbent governor, Famodun said the party is looking into it and will soon get to the root of it soon and that doesn’t mean there is division in the party. APC remain one big family in Osun.
