The entire members of Omoluabi Progressives worldwide celebrate Alhaji Moshood Olalekan Adeoti, a quintessential leader with sagacity and capacity on the occasion of his birthday today.
A man with vast political influence and relevance that transcends the political space of Osun, Alhaji Adeoti’s position in Nigeria’s progressive politics can not be underemphasised. From a modest position as Councillor in Iwo Local Government, this political colossus rose through the ranks to become one of Osun’s most celebrated and revered political figures. Little wonder when he shows up at public functions, rendition of Sheeehu! always permeates the air.
His tenure as Chairman of the progressive party in Osun, the Alliance for Democracy (AD), which later transformed to the Action Congress (AC), and subsequently Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) remained one of the best eras for for the Progressives family in Osun till date.
As you rejoice on your birth anniversary today, we celebrate you and all that you stand for. We pray for more healthy and rewarding years. May you continue to be celebrated, not only today, but every day, as you continue to break new grounds and achieve more successes.
