At the resume hearing of the tribunal today INEC lawyers announces the closing of their case as it turned out to be a dramatic irony and rude shock for the PDP lawyers who had calculated attempt to establish their case which they failed to establish when they were leading evidences.
INEC lawyers contended that PDP failed establish any case that will warrant them calling any witness so as to save precious judicial time of the court.
