MAY DAY CELEBRATION: COUNCIL BOSS COMMENDS WORKERS AMIDST CORONA VIRUS PANDEMICS.
Chairman, Olorunda Area Council, Hon.(Mrs) Omolaoye Felicia, has commended the council workers for their dedication and perseverance in the face of corona virus pandemic.
In a statement issued today in Illie, the Headquarters of the council in a message to commemorate workers day, Omolaoye said the workers have demonstrated a high level of devotion, selflessness and loyalty in spite of the COVID-19 challenges.
The council boss assured workers in the Local Government that inspite of financial challenges, she would continue to prioritise the welfare of workers in conjunction with the State Governor, Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola, who is working round the clock for the betterment of Osun workers, citizens and the residents of the state. She further sought the support of the traditional rulers, traders, artisans, religious and opinion leaders and members of the community in Olorunda Area Council.
