“This year is not the first time God is giving me this grace. I see my birthday every year as an opportunity to show the whole world that orphans, less privileged and vulnerable children deserves to live a happy.
“I derive the inspiration from God and from two great men who are Rt.Hon. Bamidele Salam, my mentor and member of the National Assembly representing Ede north, Ede South, Egbedore and Ejigbo federal constituency of Osun state as well as Rev. S.O. Oyewole of Divine Power Baptist Church,Matogun, Ogun State . Both are God sent to the world especially in the spirit of giving back to the society”, he told our correspondent.
Responding to a question, Stephen said he was a little bit emotional when he got to Happy Home orphanage located at Aderibigbe by RCC junction, Ore, Ondo state, and the proprietor told me that the gesture the first of it kind from corp members and the kind of items he was able to donate pointing out that in the end, he was happy especially seeing those children smiling and praying while packing the gift items inside.
“Our government and good Samaritans should know that orphans, the less privileged and vulnerable children deserve a happy life too. And I want people to know that you don’t need hundreds of thousands before you can give to someone. What you think is a token will be deeply appreciated by someone who does not have and it will be deeply appreciated.
“In subsequent time, I will love to extend this to the widows and those students having financial problems in their academic pursuits”, he concluded.
