THE GUNSHOTS AT CAMPAIGNERS OF PDP DECLARED BARBARIC

The sporadic gunshots at the campaigners of PDP during the campaign of the party at the entrance of Ataoja’s palace, Osogbo is extremely condemned and described as barbaric.

Speaking in the mammoth crowds of Peoples Democratic Party that moved the train of the party’s campaign to the palace of Ataoja, the forefront monarch,Oba Jimoh Oyetunji Olanipekun,Larooye II, decried the heinous act of gunshots by the thugs of the ruling party and warned them to desist from the radical behaviour portending restlessness in the state capital. The Ataoja in a bitter anger, condemned the countenance of the ruling party towards its opposition parties, particularly, PDP. Lamenting,he disclosed that the kings are fathers of all parties which at any point in time may visit the palaces any time the needs arise. The respectable monarch said it loudly that the government of PDP installed him as Osogbo king and no other party government should mar the movement of PDP towards or around the palace as well as in Osogbo. Oba Jimoh Oyetunji Olanipekun called on the authorities behind political troublemakers to desist, bearing in mind that history will not be kind with them. In his words,he prayed for the trouble causers to perish and never rise again. He lauded PDP leadership for taming their youths from misbehaving unnecessarily.

The gubernatorial candidate for Peoples Democratic Party, Senator Nurudeen Ademola Adeleke,at the palace convinced the kabiyesi,high chiefs and crowds of masses at palace. He declared louder that no popular candidate or political party will be so inhumane that will order shooting life bullets at the people he wishes to lead. He emphasized that APC and its leaders are aware their cruel government is coming to an end in Osun and no amount of the threat shall stop it. He assured that God has spoken informing the end of their devilish ways of rulling. Senator Ademola Adeleke rolled out many of his manifestos,the five integral agenda which comprise the vehement care for pensioners,state workers, infrastructural development, capital projects, creation of jobs, health services, functional education and a host of others
